Our Home is right in front of the quiet community park, with no neighbors to the right, and directly behind, you get peace and privacy. High season in AZ boasts many fun events like Baseball Spring Training, and we're right in the middle of it all! The space 1 Queen Bed in the Master, 2 Full-Size Beds in the other bedrooms Community Amenities: (In Wamer months) Cool off in the sparkling community pool, play some tennis or pickleball at our courts that are a short walking distance, or get some hoops in at the basketball court steps away from home. Unfortunately, our pool is closed for winter and will reopen in March. Guest access Driveway for (2) Vehicles available. Backyard/Patio and all Community Amenities are included with your stay. Other things to note No smoking of any kind allowed - vaping/e-cigars/etc. Events, social gatherings, and parties are strictly prohibited.
