Apartment near Høysand beach.

It is private apartment, no share with the owner. Rema1000 is a cross the road 100m. Bensin station is near there too. It s not so far from Høysand beach and camping. OBS! From 1.January 2024 is new price and new house rules. The space The apartment is on sale, that why I rent out in short time. It have hot water and heater. There have no internett and tv signal. No coffee mashine. No microwave Have water boiling. OBS!! Smoking in the house is not allowed, very strengt house rules, if guest do it! To make the house smell bad, guest will have to pay to the cleaner company. No damaged or hiding something in the house, not allowed to take smoke alarm out from the ceiling. Gabages er on the right side of the building, please put them in the green for normal garbage, Blue for paper, orange for metal and bottel. No shoes in the house! ☺️ Guest access Turn off the lights in every rooms Before check out and put the key back in the key box. Not open any Windows or door after leaving the house. Take out the garbages, wash dishes and glasses after using thank you for ur helping. Other things to note The rental apartment is for sale and waiting for viewings. Does not have a fridge, microwave. But there is a grocery store 100 meters away and a gas station near the apartment, Høysand is about 2 km away.
