Cozy little dreams in Ocotal

This studio is located in a complex right off the Main Street to Ocotal where you can be at the beach in 3 minutes by car. The complex has two beautiful pools and well landscaped green areas. At the BBQ “ranchito” you can have enjoyable moments of leisure as well as there is a laundry area with enough washer dryers that are used with prepaid cards. Access to Coco and other beaches is easy via cabs, golf cart, bikes or your own rental car. The space This studio is unique for you have it all in one place with enough space that makes you feel at home. The bathroom has enough space for stuff, the view from the kitchen window to the pool area is covered by trees enough to enjoy and give you privacy or even see a monkey or squirrel playing. There are enough amenities for cooking or simply order and warm your food. Guest access The studio is private to you but you can enjoy the pool areas, use the laundry room with prepaid cards. And even organize your own BBQ at the ranchito. Other things to note It is important to be considerate with neighbors since you are on a second floor. Which brings me to remind you there are stairs to get to the unit. Smoking of course is prohibited and would cause you to lose your deposit. Don’t forget to be green and help us save water and energy always. The AC should be kept at the recommended temperature of 23 Celsius degrees or higher since a lower temperature could cause the compressor to freeze forming you to wait at least 24 hours for it to thaw and you with no AC. We do encourage you to inform us of any abnormalities from the beginning so we can take care of them soon enough and you can have a great stay.
