The brewery and pizza palace, Hop Atomica, is at the end of the block, and Old Coast Sun is just 2 blocks from Green Truck pub, featuring the best burgers in Savannah. Also, it's only 6 blocks from Starland Yard Food Truck Park and all the other great restaurants and pubs (even a tiki bar!) the trendy Starland area offers. When you need some green space, Baldwin Park is just 3 blocks away and Savannah's heart, Forsyth Park, is only a mile away. Do you like your coffee freshly roasted? If so, Perc Coffee Roasters is just 6 blocks away. Guest access The entire, private ground floor apartment is yours in this upstairs/downstairs duplex. From your private front porch you'll enter directly into your living room. Your deck access is through the laundry room. All the space between the doors is yours alone. Your upstairs neighbors live here full time and you both will share the back yard. Other things to note This conveniently located neighborhood mixes residential and commercial properties and one side of the house is next to an HVAC company. Old Coast Sun's bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house so the morning hustle won't wake you.
