House in Peroba/Maragogi 100 meters from the beach

Our house is newly built, modern and idealized for a great stay! We are dedicated to providing a clean and cozy space to make guests feel at home. As well as having a comfortable space to rest after the trip, after returning from the beach and local tours! It is 100 meters from the beach, 50 meters from markets and restaurants. Perfect accommodation for enjoying days in the Brazilian Caribbean! The space We have a complete space available for our guests to make them feel at home. In the outdoor area, we have a swimming pool with a beach (small, shallower part), a barbecue area with grills for barbecue lovers, a shower, a garage space for one car, and a small green area. The living room is the space with a sofa and wooden armchairs and a smart TV for those who like to watch movies and TV series! We have four en-suites, all with the same structure: a double bed, split air-conditioning and a bathroom with an electric shower. In the kitchen, we have all the basic utensils such as: blender, sandwich maker, coffee maker, duplex refrigerator, cooktop stove, electric oven, plates, cups and saucers, glasses, cutlery, large and small pots, plastic containers, dish towel and others. Guest access In the garage we have space for one car and in front of the house there is also space for parking. The street is quite quiet!
