Several other personal needs are available, like an iron/board, washer, and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Top floor: The rooftop terrace boasts Ocean and mountain views and for a perfect oasis at our retreat escape. Enjoy your morning coffee as you watch the sunrise. Our rooftop offers an outdoor dining area for six guests, propane BBQ, (4) sun loungers and a comfortable outdoor sofa space for gathering under the covered pavilion There isn't an elevator in the building (PH) **Important ** Guest access: Your stay comes with two designated parking spots steps from the entrance the spot is numbered 23-201 and we are a fourth-floor apartment with no elevator. Common areas below will be shared: Olympic-sized pool, Sun loungers, Gazebo, Gym facilities, Kids park, and Basketball and tennis courts. **Important Pool Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8 am - 10 pm Sundays 10 am - 10 pm The building security staff and administrators manage the gym facilities. Please make sure to notify the guard before scheduling your training sessions. For security reasons: - There's a camera outside located on the front door for entry and guest count purposes. *Important* - The building has no elevator; the apartment is on the fourth floor.
