Located just 20 minutes from downtown Mercedes, our house is ideal for a weekend or for weekly and biweekly rentals, disconnecting from the noise of the city but without going too far. Enjoy the experience of waking up in the countryside surrounded by trees and grass to spend some incredible days, with no other worry than if the barbecue is ready! The space The property has a main house for 11 people and a cabin a few steps away that can accommodate 5 more people. The house has four bedrooms, two of which have an en-suite bathroom and there is a third full bathroom. There are three bedrooms with a double bed and the fourth has 5 single beds ideal for accommodating the little ones. It has a covered grill on one side and a large gallery with table and chairs on the other where you can accommodate according to your preference. Although it is a country house, it is in very good condition as it was recently painted and refurbished and everything works properly. The pool has a safety fence for the little ones and was completely renovated last month. The cabin, recently refurbished, is only available when the main house is full (11+ people). It has 5 single beds, a wood-burning stove, a private bathroom, a refrigerator, and a kitchen. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property. Other things to note If you rented the house and couldn't get in as the access road is dirt and not in condition due to rain, don't worry! You will be able to move your rental to another date that is available or we can refund you the money for you to rent again later. We have internet via Starlink.
