This lovely caravan is modern and spacious with an open plan living and dining area with fabulous views from the deck area overlooking the harbour towards the purbeck hills. Located on the parks premium area of Bay Hollow this van boasts a sought after position in a quiet cul-de-sac a stones throw away from the beach. The van comes with all the facilities you would expect from a top end van, including a large TV in the lounge and fully equipped kitchen. The space The master bedroom has a king size bed with fully fitted wardrobes. Bedroom two has twin beds, that can be pushed together to make a small double if needed, with a wardrobe and wall mounted cupboards. The bathroom has a spacious shower, toilet and hand basin with cupboard underneath. There is a light and spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner which includes a dining table that seats four. There is plenty of seating in the lounge and french doors that open on to a generous deck area, where you can sit and relax in the sunshine while taking in the views and sounds of the harbour. The kitchen has a full size fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. This van can comfortably accommodate up to four people. Outside the van there is plenty of space to park your car. Guest access With it's adjoining beach, lake and nature reserve, Rockley Park has plenty to make your stay enjoyable. On site there are many activities on offer (March to October), including the Rockley Park water sports Centre, hiring electric bikes and much more. There are four on site food and drink venues. Please note, Haven play passes are not included in the price of the van and can be purchased from Rockley directly. Other things to note Note - bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided if needed as an extra.
