We are excited to share our suburban DC area home with your family. We're a short stroll to Lewinsville park which has a playground, soccer & baseball fields, tennis/pickleball & basketball courts, and a large community garden. Our home is centrally located, just minutes from Metro, Tysons Corner, 495 beltway, 66, and George Washington Parkway, so you can get to DC in 22 minutes by car. If you enjoy long walks, it's a nice 10 mile hike to Georgetown along the Pimmit Creek Trail and C&O Canal. The space Our house has a total of 5 bedrooms: 1 primary bedroom with king bed, 2 queen bed rooms, 1 full bed room, and a kids room with 2 twin beds. 3 full bathrooms in total. So it can comfortably host 9 guests. House features hardwood floors and finishes, plenty of natural light and windows, and a stunning kitchen with gray quartz and stainless steel appliances. Kitchen is fully equipped for those keen on cooking. Coffee, tea, spices, and filtered water are complimentary. Large dining table can comfortably fit 6 people or more. All bedrooms are spacious. Comfortable mattresses in each bedroom. One bath towel, one hand towel and one washcloth will be provided for each guest. Hair dryer is also available. The lower level has a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom, washer/dryer, and a hang out spot for family and friends to relax. Beautiful private back of the house has a patio with a natural gas grill, and a large yard for the whole family to enjoy. Property has 3 levels with stairs so it's not suitable for guests with limited mobility. PARKING 1 private parking space available in the carport. We are at the end of a cul-de-sac with plenty of street parking. LOCATION The house is located in McLean, VA about 20 min driving from downtown Washington DC with all its tourist attractions. 5 min driving from Tysons Corner, Tysons Mall and Tysons Galleria. 10 min driving from Arlington and 10-15 min driving from Old Town Alexandria. AIRPORTS We are located 15-20 min driving from Reagan Airport, 30 min driving from Dulles Airport and 45 min-1 hour driving from Baltimore Airport. Guest access The entire house will be available for our guests, including the basement level. Please only use the front door on the main level to access the house. Self check-in available in the front of the house using our smart locks. A unique code will be generated 24 hours prior to check-in. Fast speed Wi-Fi available throughout the house. With wired ethernet available in the office. Other things to note NO PETS. NO PARTIES. NO OVERNIGHT GUESTS. If guests are caught with pets or having parties without our prior consent they will be required to leave the property immediately without a refund. NO SMOKING or VAPING. Please do NOT use the fireplace. Firearms or any type of weapons are strictly not allowed in our property.
