The entire villa is very well ventilated, with plenty of light and fresh air to refresh and rejuvenate your mind! Each bedroom has air conditioning and its own bathroom, so you can relax in the utmost ease. A lovely guest room on the lower floor makes for a warm and welcoming space for comfortable stays. The master bedroom and another tastefully designed room on the first floor make you feel warm and pampered. Ascend to the top floor, where you'll find two more bedsrooms The bathrooms are spacious, and while one is a little smaller, it still has a shower for your convenience. Also, don't forget about the five balconies—they're great for taking in the good vibes and making memories that will last a lifetime. Enjoy the luxury of this house, which was designed to help you relax and spend quality time with your family and friends. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire villa during their stay. This includes all five bedrooms, each equipped with its own private bathroom and air conditioning. Enjoy the spacious common areas on each floor, perfect for family gatherings or moments of relaxation. The well-appointed kitchen is available for your use, and you are welcome to dine in the designated dining spaces. Additionally, make use of the balconies for a breath of fresh air or simply to soak in the surroundings. Other things to note Ameneties: Our property is not a hotel, but rather a comfortable and inviting home to immerse yourself in the local culture and feel like a resident. The level of amenities may differ from what you find in a luxury hotel. While we strive to accommodate any of your requests, it's important to note that we may have limitations to what we can cater to. However, we encourage you to discuss with us any specific requirements that you have. Cleaning Services: For added convenience, we provide a maid service once a day, but please understand that occasional limitations due to illness or weekly offs may arise. We appreciate your understanding in this regard. Guest Etiquette: While we want you to feel at home, we kindly request the guests not to make excessively demanding requests. It's important to note that our services may not be in parallel with a hotel, and since our visitors come from across the world, we may not be able to cater to customized requests. Our services are mostly standardized to ensure a consistent and enjoyable experience for all guests. We have had experiences in the past with guests requesting very personalized and customized services. for ex. size of cookware, the timing of maids, brand of toiletries, etc. While we are accommodating to the best of our abilities, it's not always feasible. This message is aimed at managing expectations and ensuring a smoother and more enjoyable stay for all. Your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated. Events & Fees The pricing for hosting events is as follows : 1. Events upto 25 people (including resident guests) - 5,000 2. Events more than 25 people (Maximum of 40) - 8000 . 3. These charges are over and above the daily rental and stay 4. Cooking at the venue for any gathering is not allowed . Pls arrange by ordering/ Catering. 5. There would be an additional cleaning charge of 1500/ day for any event. 6. There would be a refundable deposit of 7500, which is returnable after 8:00 PM on the checkout date. Any damage will be charged on actuals. 7. Decoration on walls and surfaces are strictly not allowed. You can put up screens/stands which you can decorate without causing any damage to the property. 8. Please let us know the expected number of vehicles/cars for the event.
