Very cosy, bright and quiet loft in the backyard in Munich's trendy district (Glockenbach). It takes 20 minutes to get to the trade fair grounds by underground without changing trains. The Isar is only 300 m away and Marienplatz is 1 km away by foot. There is something for everyone here...shops of all kinds, pubs, bars, etc. On the 110 sqm you will find a double bed, a sofa bed and if necessary 2 air beds! The space As it is a loft, there is an open U-shaped main room. This means that the double bed is not visible from the living area. The sofa bed is located in the living area. The bathroom is a separate room in the flat. The kitchen is fully equipped with a steamer, induction cooker and oven, among other things. Laundry can be done in the separate laundry room. Guest access You can use the entire loft and the communal garden. Other things to note We are happy to give you tips and suggestions if you are planning a visit to a museum, an excursion to the surrounding area of Munich or other activities.
