Guest access All parts of the house are accesible for all the guests. Other things to note You are kindly requested to respect this private residence and use it with care. Please note that this is a smoke-free and alcohol-free premises, and any breach of these rules will incur a penalty of 3,500 for additional cleaning. please inform us if you have visitors, we are allowing only 3visitors (pls declare)and they will not be charge as long as they will not sleep over in the house. More than 3 will be charge 300 pesos each for all of them will use all our facilities, water etc. if over night please tell us so we can prepare beds for them and will be charge a minimal amount of 650 pesos each.
