The Winchester Townhouse

Spacious and homely townhouse right in the centre of Winchester, near the train station and walking distance to all Winchester has to offer! 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a generous kitchen with dining for 6! There is also a large and comfy living room which leads out to the sunny south facing terrace. The space The house is set up like a home from home, so you will find everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The fully kitted out kitchen has a large dining table, a dishwasher, washing machine & tumble dryer. There are 3 bedrooms - 2 double bedrooms on the first floor, one of which has an ensuite with a shower. The second bathroom is also on this floor, with a shower over the bath. The 3rd bedroom is at the top of the house and has large bright velux windows and a large bathroom with shower. This bedroom has the option of twin or double bed set up. Theres is also an extra bed in the snug which is very quirky and cosy, a great place for a child to sleep. The living room has 2 large sofas, a large wide screen smart TV with access to Netflix and other on demand apps. The Wifi is super fast and accessible throughout the property. Guest access There is a key safe at the apartment, so guests can access the property independently. This allows us to be flexible on your arrival time. I live locally so will be available if you have any questions or need help with anything during your stay. Other things to note We have a parking permit for one car, which allows you to park in the permit bays on the nearby streets, there is also a public car park on Gladstone street for an any additional cars, which is 2 mins from the house. The back of the house is close to the train line so there is a bit of noise every now and then from the passing trains. This is mainly during the day. We have double glazing so it shouldn’t disturb too much. We supply a few items such as toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets, tea bags, to help you settle in, but you may want to bring more with you for when these run out.
