The property has 4 kayaks, a canoe, and a pedal boat that may be used by guests of the villa, but usage indicates that the guests accept all risk and liability. Guests are encouraged to bring floatation devices and other safety gear. Motorized boats are not permitted on Stockton Lake. Moreover, the homeowners association stipulates that only property owners' watercrafts are permitted on the lake.
