The Master, West and South bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living room provide a comfortable experience, easily accommodating six guests. Comfortable four-seater sofa interposed between two relaxing leather recliners – perfect for entertaining visitors. Huge 65-inch Smart TV offers your personal logins with access to an abundance of streaming, including Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, HBO, and Netflix, among others, affording you the ability to switch off from the outside world (does not include cable). Smoking is not permitted inside, and I advise a $250 additional cleaning fee will apply if smoking is detected inside. I ask that all guests observe and respect the quiet time from 10 pm to 8 am. Wi-Fi password and door access code will be provided in a message from the host. Vacuum located in the hallway nook for convenience. Pick up any trash, clean up after yourself, and keep liquids in the dining and kitchen area. Please lock ONLY the front door deadbolt. Leave the handle unlocked. All amenities must remain in the property (soap, towels, etc.) Recyclables can be thrown into the blue recycle bin located in the backyard. Please take out the recycle bin to the street curb on Monday night if applicable. Non-recyclable trash can be thrown into the trash can in the kitchen. When full, please tie up the bag and leave it next to the black trash bin in the backyard.
