This unique property built in 1713 is adjacent to Ollerton Watermill, Nottinghamshire's only working watermill. The house has recently undergone complete renovation and is now a stunning, 4 bedroom house. The property is situated directly on the River Maun, which the garden and house overlook. The house is close to many amenities, such as a variety of pubs, restaurants, picturesque walks and historic parks (guide to the area provided.) This an ideal family home for a peaceful country break. The space The house has been sympathetically renovated from top to bottom and all rooms are finished to an extremely high-standard, with guest comfort in mind. There are spectacular views from all of the windows either across the village, or of the river. Downstairs there is both a lounge and a large kitchen/ dining and entertainment space. On the upper 3 floors all of the rooms are spacious and have ample storage space. The property does sleep 10 but please note this is by utilising a double sofa bed in Bedroom 4, which is more suitable for children than adults. Guest access Guests will have the entire property to themselves and an enclosed rear garden, with fencing along the riverside. Other things to note There is parking in the village car-park directly opposite and visible from the house free of charge, as well as parking on the quiet street. Guests can however pull-up directly outside to load and unload for convenience.
