Oceanfront condo, wake up go on balcony with your coffee enjoy the beautiful beach view! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. Family friendly, quite little piece of heaven. Enjoy your very own balcony overlooking the beautiful emerald waters of Gulf of America and its white sandy beach. You only have to go downstairs and you are at pool and beach. Chair rentals are available from Anthony’s Beach Rental on beach there. Our rentals go Sunday to Sunday starting in 2027. The space We have king bed in master, a king bed in second bedroom with queen sofa sleeper in living room.If raining the pool is partially covered so you still can enjoy. Private balcony over looking the ocean. Guest access The condo is 2 bedroom and 2 bath, living room, dining room together. We have washer and dryer in unit. Balcony over looking the ocean! Sleeps 6 people. Other things to note So you know in advance -- our Check-Out notes: Check-Out is by 10:00 am :( We would appreciate it if you wash and put away your dishes, and please take out your trash (there is a garbage chute at the other end of the building by unit 412). Place used bath towels in bathroom by tubs. Please cut off lights and lock doors. Turn A/C to 78 and Heat to 68. Please and thank you. Thanks for staying with us. That's it !!! No need to worry about washing the linens or the towels, our housekeeping staff will take care of that. Double-check for all your personal belongings in closets, drawers and cabinets. If you signed into any streaming services on the TVs, remember to sign out. Lastly, don’t forget any phone chargers you may have plugged in!! That's all you need to do prior to departure :)
