As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a furnished and bright living space, thanks to the windows that fill the property with abundant natural light and warmth. It also includes a comfortable sitting area, where guests can relax after a long day exploring the city and a TV to watch all their favourite shows. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements and make delicious meals. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated; two include a queen-size bed each, and the third consists of a bunk bed, which includes a single bed on the top and a double bed at the bottom, plus a convertible single bed underneath it. They are all fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest and multiple storage spaces. The bathrooms have all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Please note that the pool is not maintained or cleaned from October to March. Enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the entire home! Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. Located in Porto District, Portugal, Valbom has an impressive selection of attractions and experiences, making it well worth a visit. There are plenty of places to see and visit around Valbom. Whether you love hiking or cycling, Valbom is a region where several hidden gems are waiting to be explored and visited, such as Freixo Bridge, Maria Pia Bridge, and Museu Militar do Porto. The property is easily accessible by car. The nearest bus station is an 8-minute drive by car and 25 minutes walking distance. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 21-minute drive from the property. Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
