There is a portable air conditioning unit in the main bedroom. No smoking & no pets allowed in the unit. The space As you enter the door, you will be welcomed in an entryway with a coat closet, but also a rack for your coat, hat, and umbrella, There's also a place for your shoes/boots. The newly remodeled bathroom is right in front of the entryway. It has starter kit toiletries and towels, and a hair dryer. The bedroom 1 has a new Queen-sized bed with vanity dresser and mirror closet doors. It has a dresser, shoe rack, hangers, hamper, iron and ironing board in the closet. The kitchen has a new stainless steel fridge, has a microwave, oven, glass top stove, Keurig coffeemaker and K-cups, toaster, water heater, rice cooker, Brita pitcher, personalized blender, slow cooker, new set of pots and pans, baking dishes, bowls, muffin trays, and other baking equipment, new kitchen utensils, starter kits like salt, pepper, olive oil, tea, sugar, and creamer. Enjoy your meals on the new dining table and chairs. There are bar stools for the peninsula counter. Relax in the comfortable living room with the new living room set and new 50" smart TV. You will have free access to the gym and pool, but the pool is closed for the winter season. However, the lake is just a few steps away from the unit. There is also a laundry facility available in the complex. Other things to note This condo is located just one block away from Pacific Highway S, and the transit station, groceries, stores, are just across the street. Shopping, dining/restaurants, and other business establishments are just 5-10 minutes away. The closest hospitals are just 8-15 minutes drive. Seattle-Tacoma airport is about 20 minutes drive. It is centrally located between Seattle and Tacoma areas. The Seattle Space Needle is about 30 minutes drive north, while Mt. Rainier and Crystal Mountain are to the south. King County Aquatic Center is only 10 minutes away. JBLM is about 30 minutes drive.
