We are excited to present our spacious apartment located in Pelvoux, close to the Écrins National Park. Nestled on the second floor of a house with several vacation rentals, this apartment is the perfect place for an unforgettable stay. With a total area of 100 square meters, the apartment offers a spacious living/dining room of 38 square meters with a bay window offering stunning views of Mont Pelvoux. The dining room is equipped with a large table that seats up to 6 people. The terrace is equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture to fully enjoy convivial moments outdoors. Apartment has central heating in the bedrooms and kitchen, as well as a combination of central heating and a wood stove in the living and dining room. The apartment includes a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe and a desk area. A second bedroom is equipped with two single beds. A mezzanine above the living room is furnished with a double bed. Access to the mezzanine with a low ceiling height (exposed beams). The large, recently renovated kitchen is fully equipped. You'll find a fridge, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. The bathroom with toilet, as well as a separate toilet with sink, have been completely renovated for your comfort. You will also have a place to store your suitcases, jackets and hiking or ski shoes. We provide you with free WiFi. On the ground floor, in the common area, you will find a washing station for bicycles and a secure location in the garage for your sports equipment. In addition, there is a space for a car inside the fenced property. The apartment is close to many hiking trails, including the GR54, Lake Eychauda, Ailefroide, as well as many small walks around the house. In just 10 minutes, you can access the starting point of the hike leading to the Glacier Blanc. In winter, you can enjoy the ski resorts of Pelvoux and Puy-Saint-Vincent. A bus stop is located next to the house. During school holidays, you can take a shuttle bus between the ski resorts.
