Centrally located, it's just a 10-minute walk or a quick 2-minute drive to town, ensuring swift access to local amenities. The space This one-bedroom spotless clean self-contained studio boasts a modern interior and laid-back styling, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Floor heating ensures comfort on cooler nights. Whether you prefer relaxing on the deck, diving into a good book, or watching a movie, everything Bright has to offer is at your fingertips! The open-plan layout is flooded with natural light and features a comfy king-size bed with a brand new mattress and ample storage space. Linens, towels, doonas, pillows, and blankets are provided. A relaxing reclining single sofa, TV with Apple TV, and Wi-Fi are available for your convenience, making it easy to unwind or work in the homely space in Bright. The fully equipped kitchen includes standard cooking facilities, induction plates, fridge, toaster, kettle, and a coffee machine. The private bathroom comprises a single shower, toilet, and wash area. The glass sliding door opens directly onto an outdoor veranda where you can soak in the fresh alpine air while enjoying the sounds of native birdlife. Shared areas include the carport, pool and laundry. Guest access Private parking is available in front of the house. There are steps leading down to the studio, and be prepared for an uphill walk back from town! Other things to note Please note this is Adults Only accomodation 18+ ( no babies/children). Please note that the studio is part of our main residence, providing a homely atmosphere with dogs and cats on the property.
