Peaceful home, great location.

Super convenient location close to the beach, public transport, airport and the city. This is a beautiful, light-filled house with undercover patio facing out to a large backyard. Great for hanging out in the morning sun. Two good sized bedrooms are available with both fans and A/C (reasonable use policy applies to overnight AC use). Dining table seats 6. There's usually seasonal vegies and herbs growing if you feel like cooking. The space This isn't a hotel so there'll be personal belongings of mine around. The main bedroom is about 4m squared with a large built in robe. It's a big light filled room with thermal darkening curtains. The second bedroom is about 3.2m squared and also has built ins and a beautiful peaceful ambience. The living area is open planned and is bigger than it looks in the photos. Kitchen is large and fully equipped and you're free to use all the facilities. There's decking out back a good sized back yard with vegies, herbs and some fruit growing. Help yourself to whatever is ripe. Other things to note Please note that outside of extreme weather conditions, the AC unit should not be left running overnight. I'm able to track power usage remotely and will send a polite reminder message if the unit or other high use appliances are left on. There are ceiling fans and additional blankets on each room if guests need more warmth or cooling overnight. If high use continues I'll have to pass on the additional costs to the guest following check out. Thanks for your understanding, and I look forward to hosting you.
