Fee applies after 2 guests. 1min walk to Festival Mall Just accross southstation Alabang GUESTS PERMIT & DECLARATION -GUESTS after 2 guests, 3yrs old and above have an extra fee of 500php per guest per night. Please declare the final number of guests before booking, the fee will automatically reflect in the total price. Please avoid sneaking unauthorized guests, the lobby is entitled to check the guest permit upon arrival verifying the number of guests and their identity who the unit owners allowed to stay in the unit in a specific duration. Thank you for your cooperation. Guest access 500php fee per head per day to access Crimson Hotel Amenities (Gym & Pool) located in the same building of the unit. Other things to note The unit is located in a multi-use high rise condominium. Some units are for residential (local/expats/pogos), offices, airbnbs & etc. Condos share the same water and drain line where our uninvited guests, the baby cockroaches, likes to crash and pass thru. No judgment at all, but we're not sure if our neighbors or the other units are well maintained. If not, uncontrollable infestation will occur and we dont want that. 🫣 With this, we assure, we as hosts initiated installing a door seal and spreading a gel trap inside the unit as part of our insect prevention. Lastly, we on the dot clean and prepare the unit every guests checks out. In worst case scenario you still got to encounter the uninvited guests, there's a Baygon Insect spray inside the overhead cabinet above the kitchen sink for you to use.
