Welcome to Charleston, Y'all! This is our Crow's Nest. With a separate entrance, this space will be the perfect spot for your home base in Charleston. We are less than 5 miles to Marion Square in the heart of Downtown Charleston, 1 mile to Avondale for great close-by dining, 10 miles to Folly Beach, & 10 miles to the Charleston International Airport. We are at the end of a quiet street in West Ashley. It's the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring everything Charleston has to offer. The space The space itself is 1 room with an attached bathroom. There is a deck, 2 tree swings, and plenty of backyard to play in. Our home backs up to the Marsh. At high tide you can see the waters come in, and at low tide, watch the egrets feed! Unfortunately, there is no water access from the property. Guest access You have your own entrance through an iron gate. Go through the backyard to our back porch and then climb the stairs to your private space. Parking is on the street in the front of the house. Other things to note We do not have regular cable, but you are welcome to sign into your Netflix, Hulu, or other apps from our smart TV. There is also a DVD player with limited movies to choose from.
