The cottage is directly adjacent to the stunning Pembrokeshire Coast Path and sits within the Pembrokeshire National park. Sandy Haven beach is sheltered by the low wooded cliffs of Great Castle Head and South Hook point, an idyllic setting for nature lovers and families wanting to get away from it all. Situated between Dale and Milford Haven, it’s an excellent location for exploring the delights of Pembrokeshire. Just 5 miles along the coast, you will find the beaches at Little Haven, St Brides and Marloes Sands. Inland you can visit the county town of Haverfordwest – Here you will find an array of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. It also boasts a historic castle which was built around 1120. Guests can enjoy the area, the cottage and the surrounding four-acre estate. This is a perfect spot for a getaway from it all break. Toes Rock is one of 10 cottages on the farm with the garden extending through the gate into the 4-acre communal grounds. Parking for 2 in the park area which is quiet, and the grounds are child-friendly. Please let us know if you're bringing a dog (or more) upon booking. -No smoking in the cottage Other things to note Pre-arrival • No public transport is available Arrival and parking • The property is approached via a single-track lane through a gateway into the old farm grounds with 9 other properties • Parking for 2 cars on gravel area is directly adjacent to the cottage • Paved path from the front door of the cottage leads from a gravel path and drive to access the cottage • Single doors acts as the main entrance to the property and leads you directly into sitting room Inside • Living room furnished with a 2-seater sofa, a 3-seater sofa, TV and DVD all with remote controls • Ground floor king and twin rooms are accessed to the right and left of the sitting room • Downstairs bathroom with toilet, hand basin and bath with over the bath shower and a tiled floor, accessed off the living room • Kitchen and dining area are both accessed at the rear of the sitting room • Kitchen has standard fittings including, fridge freezer, hob and built in oven and tiled floor • There is a kettle, toaster, and cafetière to use along with a well-equipped array of utensils • Coir entrance mat and laminate flooring in main room • All bedrooms have bedside cabinets with a small bedside light to use • All electrical sockets are <30mm from the floor and switches are at standard height • Good colour contrast between doors and walls • Audible smoke alarms fitted • Outside light to the entrance is operated manually from within the cottage Additional information • Travel cot available for use • Laundry room on site offering washing and drying facilities, charged.
