The space This bright, spacious modern, renovated apartment (approx 700 sq feet) is located in a European-style property located on the first floor of a Casita (guest house). Your apartment has its own private secure living space and amenities (i.e. your own kitchen, living area, bathroom, bedroom, etc.) With secure (electronic lock) entry doorway directly facing the backyard stone patio. *This is a retreat style rental unsuitable for loud or rowdy type guests and is designed for those seeking a tranquil, welcoming travel vibe. While being very respectful of your privacy & space--we're also friendly, happy to say hello and help with any questions :) -•NO DAILY MAID SERVICE: We use standard cleaning products for preparing the apartment for arrival for guest and staff safety (Lysol post guest checkout to disinfect, Pledge for wood furnishings, Clorox bleach disinfectant for bathroom, Murphy's Wood floor soap, Costco glass cleaner, Windex all-purpose disinfect for kitchen counters, and Mrs. Meyer's room spray, oxi-clean and eco detergent for linens). SUMMARIZED HOUSE RULES: --Rental not suited for loud, inconsiderate or rowdy type guests due to shared aspects, and we ask guests to be mindful past 10pm. --Please do not show up with more guests than indicated on your reservation (even if they aren't planning to sleep here) unannounced without our prior written permission/approval via Airbnb's messages or the reservation is subject to cancellation. (i.e. do not book for "2 guests" and show up with more. 2 Guest Max Occupancy.) --No Pets- showing up with a pet subjects your reservation to eviction/cancellation. --Not suitable Toddlers/kids under 12 Non-childproof/soundproof due to shared aspects, retreat type vibe, other guests seeking quiet retreat stay and etc. No infants under 2 years old due to safety (see addl house rules). --No Smoking indoors-includes cigarettes, vaping, electric pipes. There are designated outdoor smoking areas. —Safety- carbon monoxide detectors, smoke detectors, and fire extinguishers are all equipped in the apartment. Regardless of who you are or where you come from, we are more than happy to open our doors to all friendly & respectful persons. **High Season & some holidays require a 5+ night stay minimum** Other things to note There’s an Electric Vehicle (EV) Fast Charging Station conveniently located nearby just 8 blocks from the Airbnb. Since it’s an older lodge, we do not provide EV Charging on the property. TV is mounted to wall and cannot be moved nor can additional cables for gaming or other devices be connected. We provide unlimited YouTube Cable TV, HBO Max and all your own personal apps available from Netflix to Amazon. For more than 2 guests, there’s an additional $10 per night fee. We generally do not permit Saturday arrival or departures as it's our cleaner's day off. Not toddler-proof.
