Please keep in mind that our cleaning services generally take a total of 7 hours (inclusive of the outside) with 3 team members, and our cleaning fee is priced accordingly. The cabinets are also stocked with pots & pans, bakeware, utensils, mixing bowls, dishes, glasses, silverware, coffee mugs, plastic dining sets for children, glass storage containers, dish soap & tablets, sponges, trash bags, hand towels, and kitchen cleaning supplies. For enjoying your home-cooked or local take-out meals, our grand kitchen seats 2 guests at the counter with an additional 6 at the dining table. *** LIVING SPACE *** The kitchen flows effortlessly into the living room, where you’ll find comfortable sofa, chairs, a 55” Smart TV and windows throughout. This space is illuminated by natural light and is the ideal place for board games, movie nights, or just spending quality time with loved ones. We also have a cozy corner with a desk and chair for your office needs! *** SUNROOM*** Relax and unwind on cozy furniture overlooking the pool. You will stay cool with 2 ceiling fans and a separate air conditioner unit. There is a 60 inch smart TV with all of your audio and video streaming platforms and three barstools and a bar railing connected through the kitchen windows. *** LAUNDRY *** We have a washer and 2 dryers ready for all your laundry needs. *** ESSENTIALS *** The entire home is equipped with high speed 1G WiFi and air conditioning, so you’ll always be cool and connected. There are also ceiling fans in all 4 bedrooms for an extra breeze, as well as a separate air conditioning unit in the enclosed sun room. Parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles in the private driveway. There is no street parking available or permitted. *** ADDITIONAL AMENITY UPON REQUEST *** Heated Pool: $19 / night (*available only during the cold season, typically November - April/May) *The perfect temperature to heat the pool according to the American Red Cross Aquatic specialists is between 78°F and 82°F (26°C and 28°C), and we heat ours just a bit higher than their recommendations (at 85 degrees). Further, we are not able to heat our pool above this temperature as the high heat causes issues with the pool chemicals. During extremely cold weather in the 40s/50s, the water temperature may be cooler as the heater works against Mother Nature. Guest access • To ensure a seamless check-in process, you will receive additional information you'll need before, during, and throughout your stay (a couple days prior to your check in). • Access to our home is gained through a secure, keypad entry so no need to worry about flight/travel delays or arriving later than planned for check-in. • You and your guests will have complete access to areas of the property including the pool, patio, driveway, game room, interior living space, home furnishings, TVs, and appliance stocked kitchen. You'll feel more comfortable and relaxed than you do in your own home! • While the privacy of our guests is respected, members from our property management team may stop by our home to make sure our guests have everything they need and are enjoying their stay. • Beach Essentials Clarification: Due to the Airbnb platform limitations for listing details, the beach and pool gear that we provide include: beach/pool towels, mats, beach cart & umbrella, floats, pail & shovel, beach chairs, and boogie boards. For hygienic reasons, snorkeling gear is not provided. Other things to note Cleaning Fee: In order to maintain a quality experience for our guests, we require cleanings after each stay. The cleaning fee listed is a minimum baseline for shorter bookings typically 7 days or less. Please message us for longer duration stays (beyond one week) to determine the final cleaning fee for your reservation.
