Upon arrival, park in your private drive and meander down the short stepping stone path to step onto an open deck/patio. A lighted keypad will allow for self check-in at anytime day or night. Enter into a bright kitchen with an open area to drop off bags and suitcases. A coffee bar with coffee & snacks will greet you. A large sliding door in the living room will help make unloading a breeze. This charming updated cottage has all the modern amenities, and can accommodate up to 4 guests at a time. The galley kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need to make a homecooked meal away from home. A small selection of spices and other basics are also available. Clean up will be a snap with a new dishwasher (2025). From the kitchen step into the Studio space that includes the bedroom, dining & living room. Create a romantic atmosphere with LED candles above the queen bed with an encased mattress & box springs. Enjoy a movie from almost anywhere in the large room. A dining room table with seating for 4 is just a few steps from the stove. Traveling with more than 2 people? Make use of the queen sofa mattress! This option allows for an economical stay for those that enjoy close company. Children are welcome! A pack & play or inflatable toddler bed will be made available and setup, upon request. Refresh yourself after a long road trip, with a long soak in the vintage claw foot tub with provided bath salts or bubble bath. Or enjoy a glass of wine while relaxing in an Adirondak chair on the deck. Take in the seasonal flowers on the property, and watch out for the variety of birds and forest creatures. The bathroom (fully remodeled in early 2026) is compact and efficiently arranged. Hooks have been provided behind the door to help provide hanging storage space in addition to the small vanity top.
