Condo is stocked with everything you will need for a fantastic experience. This is a one of a kind stay where you and your family will feel right at home! COMPLEX AMENITIES: Enjoy the spacious inside underground parking garage for your vehicle. This garage is on a first come first serve basis. Please note there is no elevator in garage/building, and condo unit(s) are accessed by stairways from/inside underground parking garage or from outside entry. Complex amenities for you and your family include a huge INDOOR POOL and SPA, dry saunas, exercise room, men and women’s locker/bathroom with showers, game room with air hockey, laundry facility, lounge with Wi-Fi and fireplace, and outdoor deck offering BBQ grills along with magnificent mountain view’s. If you don’t feel like driving, there is free shuttle service to both Navajo and Giant Steps Ski Lodges/Lift Areas. LOCATION: Condo and Complex is located extremely close to all ski lift/lodge areas, restaurants, shopping, and convenient stores Brian Head has to offer. You’ll find a host book inside the Condo detailing these attractions. PLEASE NOTE: Prime Winter Season - December-April Excellent ski resort, and town operation conditions. Heavy visitation season. AWD or 4WD/chains highly recommended. Off Season- May-June - melt season. Muddy, low town visitation/population and limited service with restaurants and shops. Navajo and Giant Steps Lodges are closed. Prime Summer/Fall Season - July - October - excellent hiking/mountain biking/fishing/nearby sightseeing. Moderate visitation/town population. RULES AND REGULATIONS Condo - This is NO smoking and NO pets unit and is strictly enforced by Condominium Complex Association personnel per rules and regulations guidelines. Quiet hours are between 10pm - 7am. Complex Amenities Rules - Pool and Spa access along with exercise room, laundry room, and locker rooms require an electronic key fob for entry, which is located in the condo unit. Rubber wristbands, also located in the condo unit, are required to wear in the Pool and Spa area. Pool and Spa rules also require no glass and/or food to be brought into this area. Pool/Spa hours are from 10am - 10pm. In accordance with UT State Law, the complex rules align and require that: 1.) Children under 14 yrs. must be accompanied by an adult 18 yrs or older. 2.) Children 5 yrs or younger are not permitted to enter the SPA ONLY (Pool is ok) due to state regulations and water temperature, and 3.) Young children not in control of their bowels are required to wear swim diapers and waterproof pants underneath their swimsuit attire to provide 3 layers of protection against a fecal release event.
