Come to the historical royal palm trees' street

My apartment is a cozy place and guests will be in the historical royal palm trees' street in Flamengo. It is told that originally there were no palms in Brazil, although other varieties of palm are native to the country. A little over a century and a half ago, some seeds of the royal palm were brought from abroad and planted in the Botanical Gardens; the trees which grew from those seeds are still alive, and are the mothers of all the tall, graceful palms which line in Paissandu street today. The space My apartment is a very cozy place and guests (max. two) can enjoy a simple and efficient furniture. There are two bedrooms, one for me and one for the guests. Guests' room have a real double Japanese styled bed (futon) and air conditioning. There are also two bathrooms (one for me and one for the guests). There is a TV in the living room (cable TV and internet Wi-Fi is also available). There is also a place to cook with a fully equipped kitchen and a nice balcony where guests can have a snack and appreciate the view of the the palm trees. Prospective guests, please note that, while this is a nice, well-equipped apartment in a great location, it is not purporting to be a luxury hotel and it is certainly not in the luxury price range. If you want a really excellent budget option, this is the place, but if you are looking for first-world luxury unfortunately you won't find it in Rio at this price range! Come to Rio, stay in Flamengo and discover a different city... Guest access Guests can arrive easily to my place. It is pretty close to Santos Dummont Domestic Airport (by cab it costs about R$ 35). And the airport bus shuttle from Galeão International Airport (R$ 13) stops about 500m away from my apartment in "Praia do Flamengo Street". Uber is also possible from both GIG and SDU airports (R$ 40 and R$ 20, respectively). From the Bus Station it costs about R$25. The place is about 200m to Flamengo Subway Station.
