Bedrooms are on the 2nd floor (stairs required). ✔ No access to garage or locked owner closets. ✔ You will need to fill out a rental application and lake waiver upon booking. This application will require you to list all guests names, even day visitors that will be in the home along with license plate numbers. ✔ We do our best to accommodate early check in or late check out when requested. There is a $50 fee for both and this can be confirmed 48 hours in advance of your check in date. ✔ We do not refill propane tanks. We work off an honor system with the propane tanks. We ask that each guest refills or switches out the tank if it's empty or low at the end of their stay. Guests do not have access to the garage. Other things to note ✔️There will be no refunds or transfer in dates due to snow or weather. Please purchase travel insurance when booking if you are concerned about winter snow storms which are very common in the Poconos. ✔ The lake is not for swimming. ✔ Dogs are welcomed. Pet fee of $150 applies. Up to 3 dogs allowed. ✔ No large parties, this is a spacious home for families and friends to enjoy in a respectable manner. A lot of hard work has gone into making this home a retreat and comfortable stay for our guests. We ask you treat it with respect. Extra cleaning and damages will result in additional fines. ✔We may request guest verification after your reservation is booked. This would include you to provide personal contact information and a photo of your ID and a selfie photo with your ID. ✔️25+ to rent per community ordinances ✔️ The Poconos is very prone to wintery weather and snow storms in the winter months.
