The space Living Area: Unwind in the cozy living area with comfortable seating, a TV for streaming your favorite shows, and warm decor inspired by the history and natural beauty of the Chadron and Pine Ridge region. Bedrooms: The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms, ideal for families, friends, or couples. The first bedroom includes a king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen-size bed. Both rooms are thoughtfully decorated to create a warm, relaxing atmosphere. Kitchen and Dining: The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, oven with four-burner range, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, full dining set, and all the essentials needed to prepare meals during your stay. Bathroom: The bathroom includes a full bathtub/shower, a small vanity with additional shelf space, and fresh, plush towels for a comfortable and convenient stay. Guest access You will have full access to the entire basement apartment during your stay, including the private entrance, bedrooms, bathroom, living area, and fully equipped kitchen. You'll also have access to the grassy area outside of the apartment entrance. This area includes an outdoor conversation set - the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or relax in the evenings when the weather is nice. It's your home away from home. Other things to note Please note that the basement ceilings are lower than standard, adding to the cozy character of the space. Taller guests may need to be mindful of this unique feature. Noise considerations: Please be aware that, as a basement apartment, you may occasionally hear footsteps from the upper level of the house. We do our best to minimize noise, but we appreciate your understanding in this regard. We have two friendly dogs and two cats on the premises, but they are not allowed in the guest space.
