Bedrooms: Our basement apartment features two comfortable bedrooms, making it ideal for families, friends, or couples looking for a relaxing stay. The first bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized bed. Both rooms are tastefully decorated to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Kitchen and Dining: The well-equipped kitchen offers a full-sized refrigerator, oven with a four-burner range, a microwave, a Keurig coffee maker, and all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals. Bathroom: You'll find a well-appointed bathroom with all the essentials you need for a refreshing and convenient stay. The bathroom features a full bathtub/shower, a small vanity with a shelf in the corner for extra counter space, and plush towels. You will have full access to the entire basement apartment during your stay, including the private entrance, bedrooms, bathroom, living area, and fully equipped kitchen. You'll also have access to the grassy area outside of the apartment entrance. This area includes a small propane grill for your use and an outdoor conversation set - the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or relax in the evenings when the weather is nice. It is within walking distance to Chadron State College and the downtown bars and restaurants. Noise considerations: Please be aware that, as a basement apartment, you may occasionally hear footsteps from the upper level of the house. We do our best to minimize noise, but we appreciate your understanding in this regard. We do have two friendly dogs and two cats on the premises, but they are not allowed in the guest space.
