From the entrance you enter directly into the magnificent trullo, which constitutes the living area. A large and elegant environment, with sofa and armchairs, 50" TV, wood-burning fireplace, smart working area and bookcase. The bedroom, the first of three, and a first bathroom complete this part of the house. A corridor leads to the kitchen , equipped with every essential appliance, and the dining room. This area of the house is shaded by a large and panoramic porch, ideal for outdoor dining. The sleeping area is composed of two further double bedrooms and a second bathroom interior.Each room of the house is equipped with air conditioning. The outside. A stone-paved driveway leads to the wonderful swimming pool which is located in a raised position compared to the house, almost dominating the entire property, where you can admire the landscape and enjoy enchanting sunsets.
