This riverside houseboat is truly is a hidden gem. Enveloped by stunning views and leading out to Rocky Neck, it offers a mix of adventure and serenity. This secluded retreat provides a unique blend of peaceful relaxation and outdoor activities, all set in a charming and scenic coastal town! The space Our houseboat is located on private family owned marina down a hidden private road. Being a small marina gives us the ability to still enjoy the peacefulness of the river. The house boat over looks the Four Mile river with calm currents that lead out Rocky Neck State Park and the Long Island Sound. If needed the houseboat renters are able to take advantage of the marina and can use one of the boat slips as well as our kayaks and paddleboards. We have a newly built full bathroom in our container trailer located close by the house boat with full shower toilet and vanity. Guest access Guest will have full access to both the marina and houseboat while staying. We will have a picnic area designated for guest with a grill and firepit to use. We also have a full bathroom with shower toilet and vanity on site that’s used just for our air bnb guest. This is a perfect trial run if you've dreamed of living in a tiny home. River access and a list of activities will be provided for guest upon arrival. Easy close access to Rocky Neck state park and the beach just a minute away.
