For groups of more than 8 up to 13 guests, a single bed will be prepared for each additional person over 8 guests, already included in the cost of the reservation. The extra single bed, in addition to the beds made available to you based on the number of your group, has an extra cost of 50 euros per night, as it is equipped with extra bed linen and towels. If you want extra single beds or if you are a group with more than 8 people, LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE in which room you would like the beds to be opened, so as to customize the house according to your needs, otherwise they will be opened at our choice starting from the larger rooms. The entire house will be at your disposal There are no individual rooms. This way you can enjoy the benefits and comforts of a real home with your loved ones. Other things to note Guests must be respectful of other tenants, avoiding any kind of cliffs in the hall, stairs and on the landing; they must remember to close the doors of the elevator to allow everyone to enjoy it. The property should be left in good condition, especially the kitchen. In case the kitchen will be left in disarray, 50 euros of cleaning fee will be required. In case we find the blankets on the floor, the extra washing of 20 euros each will be required. Please also note that smoking is not allowed in the room, that pets are not allowed, even small. In case of damage to the property, a repair fee will be charged.
