Quiet kingsize room, 20 min city

Quiet bedroom with a comfortable kingsize bed. Your bedroom overlooks the back garden. Just a 20 min walk to Temple Meads train station, 25 min to harbour-side and a half hour walk to the centre of town. Perfect for relaxing and exploring the city. The space Your own bedroom with kingsize bed. There is a small beanbag chair and cushion to the left of the bed. You'll have a kettle, coffee, tea, milk (diary & non dairy/ gluten free Oat-milk), snacks, water and cups/ bowls in your bedroom. There is a hair dryer, blankets, a yoga mat and board games in the chest of drawers for you to use. There are coat hangers, an umbrella and blankets for you to use. Your bedroom locks from the inside of the door only. The bathroom is shared and adjacent to your bedroom. Guest access You'll have access to the shared bathroom, with walk-in shower and toilet. The bath is not for use. There is no access to the kitchen, but we can provide you with fresh mugs for your room and take the ones you’ve used. The bedroom is through the hallway, up one flight of stairs, on the first floor. During your stay We are available if you need anything, otherwise we will leave you in peace. Other things to note We have a well behaved small Cavapoo dog, who will be with us most of the time. Please advise if you would rather not have any interaction with her at all. Your bedroom is carpeted with dotted patterns on it - there are a couple of small long term pen marks on it but it is clean. There are some squeaks in the floorboards in places :) This is our family home so we ask that guests are respectful please, as well as leaving and entering the house as this is a quiet family neighbourhood.
