The home is well-equipped inside and out, including a plunge pool in the front yard, bbq and outdoor dining in your private courtyard. Caretaker on site. The space There are three bedrooms, the main king room has an en-suite. The king bed can be split into 2 singles. There is a queen room and the third room is a double. The main bathroom has a spa bathtub. There is a separate toilet. All rooms have built ins, ceiling fans, flyscreens, plantation shutters and lockable windows. The pool area has sun lounges, seating, an outdoor shower and a pergola. Pool/beach towels are available , as well as a cabana beach shelter to take to the beach, and an insulated picnic basket. The rear partially covered courtyard has a Weber bbq and outdoor dining. No smoking or vaping in the house please. Smoking only in the rear courtyard. Guest access The house is fully self-contained.
