Meticulously finished to the highest standards, you’re sure to be impressed as soon as you enter this two-storey space. The hub of the house is the kitchen/diner, a hive of activity with all the appliances, a central breakfast island and direct access to the tiered garden. There’s a lounge on this floor and one on the first floor. The upstairs room is equipped with a wood burner, cushy seating and a Smart TV, a great place to get together for a movie night before retiring to bed. Four bedrooms are positioned throughout both floors, two with en-suites for an additional dose of privacy. Take a gentle stroll along the South West Coast Path to reach Broadsands Beach (1 mile), a tucked away cove where many visitors love to swim. Following the coastline, you’ll reach Ilfracombe (4 miles), a vibrant seaside town with a museum, the scenic Tunnels Beaches and a harbour offering many seasonal boat trips.
