Bring the family to this amazing beachfront townhouse, located in a charming gated community with direct beach access. Ideal for those seeking comfort, space and security, the condominium offers extra peace of mind. With access control and a closed environment, it is an excellent choice for families with children. All this is just a few steps from the sea, for unforgettable days of leisure and rest! The space The house offers comfort and practicality for your stay, with 5 bedrooms and capacity for up to 12 people: • Bedrooms: There are 5 bedrooms, including a suite. Each room has a double bed. The larger bedroom also includes a single bed (2 mattresses). For a different guest configuration, single foam mattresses with covers are available for use on the floor. All rooms have hot/cold split air conditioning, ensuring comfort in any season. • Bathrooms: The house has 3 full bathrooms and 1 bathroom: one in the suite, one social on the upper floor, one social on the bottom floor (in the barbecue area) and a bathroom downstairs. The showers are electric and there are cold showers available outside the house and in the condominium pool. • Garages: there are 4 uncovered parking spaces for passenger cars – 2 in front of the house and 2 on the street in 45° parking spaces. • Convenience: The house has a full kitchen, barbecue and internet. Although the furniture is simple, the structure is functional and ideal for a comfortable stay. Highlights: This townhouse offers the essentials to enjoy unforgettable moments, with great beds, a prime location and windows that reveal an incredible view of the beautiful north coast of Santa Catarina. Guest access Condominium Extras: The stay includes access to the condo's pool and game room, ideal for moments of family fun and leisure. House amenities: The house also has some games and accessories suitable for entertaining guests. Only a closet, the storage under the stairs and a small trunk, with the owners' belongings, are inaccessible. All of this provides a practical and pleasant experience, with leisure options both inside and outside the property. Other things to note Included Facilities: • Beach: No full car! We provide 12 beach chairs and 2 carts to facilitate transport to the sand. Parasols are not provided. • Beverages: A brewery is available to keep its drinks always cold, with a capacity of 75 cans of 350 ml. • Bed linens: We provide sanitized bed linens after each stay: 4 sets for queen beds and 4 for single beds (including sheets, top sheets, pillowcases and blankets). Bath, face and floor towels are not provided. We also do not provide bed linens for the 5th bedroom (full size bed). Additional Guidelines: • Cleaning and Hygiene Materials: We do not provide cleaning materials or toiletries. We recommend bringing or purchasing the basics upon arrival – please refer to our suggestion of items for the first purchase. • Cleaning Fee: Includes general cleaning of the house, but at the end of the stay the garbage must be removed and the dishes washed and left on the drainer to avoid insects. Important: • 4 bedrooms are located upstairs. Thus, guests with limited mobility may find it difficult to access them.
