We are a family run property business established in 2016. We have a rental portfolio in West Yorkshire and more recently have branched out into holiday lettings. We pride ourselves on creating properties - whether it be for long term rental or holiday lets - to an exceptional standard, to ensure that the customers we serve have an excellent experience. It has 2 bedrooms - a master double bed, and 2 twin beds - sleeping up to 6 people when incorporating the double sofa bed in the living area. The lodge is only a few years old and has been carefully designed to meet our guests high standards and to keep up with modern trends. Elegant soft furnishings have been added to give the lodge an extra touch of chic. The lodge is complete with a spacious living area incorporating an open plan kitchen/ diner, bathroom facilities, gas, water, electric, Wifi, Smart TV, washer/ drier, dishwasher, private decking with outdoor seating and private parking facilities. Lula Lodge has been designed with all your needs in mind, with the aim of our guests sensing that "home from home" feeling as they arrive. Lula Lodge is situated in heart of Cayton Bay with only a 5 minute walk to the beach and the park itself boasting views of the beautiful East Yorkshire Coastline. Cayton Bay is located between Scarborough, Filey and Bridlington - making them easily accessible with all 3 only a very short distance away. This provides an ideal location to have some great days out in some of the regions most sought after seaside resorts, to then be able to return in the evening to the quieter town of Cayton Bay.
