A beautiful loft studio with view of ocean in the sleepy hamlet Seaview. Lie in your bed & listen & look at the ocean. Situated across the road from the ocean. Open plan studio offers one double bed, kitchen, dining room table & 6 chairs, ensuite bathroom with shower, DSTV, Netflix and fibre fast Wifi. Balcony with gas barbecue. Shared pool with owner. 20 minutes from airport and 40 minutes from Addo Elephant Park. Neighbours offer guided tours to Addo & boat trips to view dolphins & whales. The space This is an open plan studio with a double bed, sitting area, dining area and kitchen all in one space. The lounge area is fitted with a large smart TV that offers the full bouquet of DSTV (cable) channels and Netflix. We have fibre fast Wifi . The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a hob, fridge with freezer space, microwave oven, toaster and kettle. The sliding door opens up and offers view of the ocean across the road. Bathroom with shower is a separate en suite. Lovely big sheltered pool, (shared with owners) and a portable braai to barbecue at pool area. A short walk to access the ocean across from the road, with lovely gullies for swimming and snorkelling. Explore Addo Elephant Park a mere 68 kilometres away either by self-drive or a guided tour by our neighbour Alan Tours. We have a pizza restaurant, a seafood restaurant and country restaurant and a Farm stall in our neighbourhood offering lovely meals. A mere 1 km away is the lovely Kini Bay beach for fishing, swimming and walking along the beach. There is a small shop in Seaview that sells water, pies, sigarettes, ice cream, cold drinks, bread and fresh produce. There is also a pharmacy and laundromat. Super Spar in Mount Pleasant is 15 minutes away and Grass Roof Farm stall is 10 minutes away. The farm stall sells freshly baked pastries, ciabatta bread, fruits, jam, vegetables, frozen meals, wine and beer. Guest access Loft is not shared, entire space for guest’s use. Loft has its own balcony with gas barbecue.We offer a lovely swimming pool which is shared with owners and other guests. Beach is just across the road, a short walk down the road. Other things to note Parking is on lawn area in front of property. No house or pool parties with loud music please We have our own water supplied by a borehole There is a small grocery store in Seaview and 3 restaurants: Bluvibez (pizza, cocktails and burgers) Barnacles (seafood) and Dizzy Dolphin (pub) There is no Uber transportation in Seaview, can use Uber from downtown but expect long delays. Seaview is a safe area
