Our cozy cottage is perfect for a couple or solo traveler wanting to be near the best of Asheville while enjoying a quiet residential retreat. You'll have everything you need to unwind after spending the day exploring downtown Asheville, hitting the hiking trails, or sampling a pint at a local brewery. Please note that due to our residential location in Downtown Asheville, we are limited to 30-day+ rentals. The space The cottage features a super-comfy queen-size bed with luxury linens, a reading nook, desk, flatscreen TV with streaming services, and a kitchenette stocked with locally roasted coffee, tea, a mini fridge, microwave, and other basic essentials. Take a dip in the antique soaking tub or refresh yourself in the modern rain shower. The space is small (about 300 sq ft) but charming and comfy. Our main house is just a few steps away. We're available if you need anything (and we love to share recommendations for what to do in the area). But we're also committed to ensuring you have a private retreat to come home to. Guest access You'll have access to the entire cottage, which is free-standing with its own entrance and a small side yard. A private parking space is available at the top of our short (and steep) driveway. Ample street parking is also available without restrictions if you prefer to park at the bottom and walk up. Other things to note Our property is perched slightly above the main street. The driveway may be steep, but the birds-eye view is worth the effort to get to the top.
