Paraisinho in downtown Ubatuba

Mangroves, birds and a lot of tranquility right in the center of Ubatuba. The house is in the middle of Ilha dos Pescadores, a traditional Caiçara community located behind the Fish Market. Sleeping to the sound of fish jumping, waking up to the birds singing and staying in the peace of the mangrove contrast with being a few minutes' walk from the most delicious ice cream and pizzeria in the city, a supermarket, pharmacy and shops in general. The space I recently moved to this little paradise, and little by little I am adding to the house that already inhabits this beautiful mangrove, affection and more soul. The house shares a garage, entrance and laundry with another house - where I or other guests will be - but it has its own private balcony, suite and kitchen. The bedroom and living room are quite spacious (approx. 55 m2). The calm of the waters and the commotion of the birds are the best attractions. It is worth mentioning that, unfortunately, the neighborhood still does not have sewage collection, which is expected to arrive later this year. This means that the water goes to the river (...) and that it is not suitable for bathing. The fish, however, swim freely, and the biguas (a half-duck bird that makes a sound like a pig) that live next door feed well on the shoals that pass through here.
