A unique place to stay in Central Kolkata, this studio apartment of ~500 sqft is equipped with all modern amenities, yet has a subtle touch of traditional Kolkata. This unit boasts of a loft bedroom that is cozy and spacious with a comfortable king mattress. Fully equipped 80 sqft kitchen with a double door 600L fridge is (partly) available for use by guests. A large living room has sofa set that can be converted into beds at night, thus accommodating 4-5 guests in total at this unit. The space This is a studio unit best for a small family. You will have access to the staircase through a smart lock and have a completely private entrance. The unit is located on the second floor of the building accessible through a staircase. Parking space immediately outside the building is a challenge due to a busy shoe market right outside the property. On days other than Friday (the market is closed), guests would need to deboard on the main road and walk for 2 minutes through the famous shoe market to reach the property. We provide assistance for the guests with luggage or special needs and show you in and ensure a comfortable arrival. Guest access Guests can access the common areas like staircase, main entrance and the terrace. Other things to note The property is a stone's throw from a petrol station which is the drop point for all cabs on the main road. There's a famous and busy shoe market right next to it and the guests need to walk minute or two through this market to reach the property. If you need assistance, we will be happy to help you with the luggage and show you in from the drop location. The unit is on the second floor of the building accessible through a staircase.
