The location is incredible - secluded, but accessible to everything: 7 minutes from downtown Margaretville, just 20 minutes from Belleayre and Plattekill skiing, plus great hiking all around. The space We're always updating the house and aim to make it comfortable, cozy, and - above all else - relaxing. The outdoor spaces are a treat year round. The pond at the bottom of the property (across from the house, along West Hubbell Hill Road) is a point of calm, and the surrounding forest and creek are a beautiful, quiet, natural space to explore. Guest access You are welcome to use the house, back deck, front porch, yard, barn, and across from the house (on the other side of the gravel road) the forest, pond and stream are a treat to explore.
