This cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath home is also 1 mile East of the Saganing Casino and offers a great year round location to suit all your desires: fishing, hunting, boating, swimming, golf, tubing on the Rifle River, and gambling. The space Front bedroom has one full bed that sleeps 2 and a sleeper sofa in the living room that sleeps 2. There is a small bath with a sink and toilet. There is another small separate area with just a shower shared with the washer and dryer. Upstairs features 2 full beds, one twin, and a large roll up full mattress on the floor. Window AC unit in upstairs. Other things to note The house operates on a well and septic. There is a water cooler for your drinking pleasure. Please note that water may sputter slightly or have a rust hue if system hasn’t had daily use. This is normal. Front bedroom can get quite warm or cold depending on the season; a space heater and window ac unit are there to aid in temperature control. There are also stand fans as well.
