Gyeongju Soyuwon (Pine Room)

This is a pine room where you can feel nature from the room. ♡This is a share house (share room).♡ This product shares the yard, gazebo, and parking lot with Heungdeoksil customers during peak season or holiday season. However, during off-peak seasons or general dates, you can usually use the gazebo and yard exclusively. The space The basic occupancy is 2 people, and the maximum occupancy is 3 if there are children. (Free for children under 3 years old.) Pine room and balcony right in front of the pine room. And you can use the yard together. There is no kitchen, but basic cooking such as induction and pots is possible. *An additional 50,000 won will be charged per additional guest. *An additional 30,000 won will be charged for check-out after 11 o'clock. We do not have charcoal barbecue facilities. Instead, we provide an electric multi-grill for free that you can use to simply grill meat and boil ramen. Parking is available in front of the gate. You can use one car in front of the fence or in the parking lot. If you want to grill meat, you can use the electric grill provided for free on the balcony in front of the pine room. Please make sure to unplug the electric cord. (Not possible in case of rain) Other things to note For customers with long-term reservations, we provide cleaning service once or twice a week.
