Guest access Full access to the whole apartment is provided and it is wheelchair accessible through the back entrance of the building. This apartment is self-check-in. We require: 🛂 Valid ID of the main guest booking, such as a Driver's License or Passport. Just like a hotel, and for security purposes, the name on the ID should be the same on your Airbnb account. 💳 Refundable security deposit of between £150 - £250. This will be returned upon checkout. Your reservation will be cancelled if you fail to authorise your security deposit. 📝 Terms & Conditions to be signed. 📱 Guests to thoroughly read through their check-in instructions especially the Check-in instructions link for all details on how to enter & pick up keys. Our team is available from 8 am till 9 pm to receive phone calls or messages for support, guest communication & assistance. Should you wish to extend your stay, please do contact us ASAP, this is subject to availability. Contacting us 5 mins before your departure will incur a charge as this is very late. All extensions are subject to availability. We offer late check-out till 12 pm max which is a paid extra, the usual check-out is 10 am. In order for us to carry out cleaning for the next guests arrival, please check out on time so that we can prepare the apartment for the next guest. Guests staying 30 minutes or longer past check out will be charged a late check-out fee. It is very important that keys/fobs are returned to the same lockbox which you collected them. Failure to do so will result in a call-out charge of £250 as they are essential for the running of the apartment & this can delay the next following guest and also affect their stay. Self-check-in property and details of this will be shared prior to arrival. Other things to note This property is not suitable for parties! This is a breach of house rules & will result in immediate removal from the property via security and subject to additional fees being applied. This apartment is in a residential area, so after 8 pm the quiet times to be respected. Any loud music, parties, or smoking will also result in immediate removal from the accommodation/apartment. No loud disturbances, and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. We issue one polite request (warning) to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the unit without a refund. EXTRAS: If you require an extra night or wish to extend your booking, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make sure the dates are available and book you in. Need a late check-out? (Meaning no loud music or loud noise after 8 pm) - Only guests are who are on the original booking are allowed to be in the apartment and stay overnight. - Open flames or candles are NOT allowed in the apartment. - This is a non-smoking home. If you do smoke we ask that you do so outside away from the apartment and that you put out/dispose of the cigarette correctly outside. - Any damage to the property or its contents will be deducted from your deposit or charged to you directly or reported as criminal damage. If any of the rules are broken, we have full rights to remove you from the property.
