Guests liable for misuse. • Trash must be bagged and left at curb or resort dumpster. • Up to 2 approved dogs (max 50 lbs each). $250 first dog, $100 second. Breed restrictions apply. Guest access Parking: • Street parking is available, a max of up to 7 vehicles. Parking is also available at the clubhouse only during the day. Property Access: • Guests will enter the community via a locked gate monitored by a security guard. Resort Access: • You're provided with complimentary access to the Champions Gate Resort and Oasis Clubhouse. • Clubhouse is open daily from 9am - 9pm, year-round. Other things to note Pool & Spa: • Additional $40/night with a minimum of 3 nights and for duration of the entire stay. • Our pool and spa heater automatically enters hibernation mode when outdoor temperatures drop below 65°F. During this time, the system stays on to maintain water temperature, but it cannot actively heat up until the outside temperature rises above the threshold. If you choose to purchase pool/spa heat, please be aware: • The system may hibernate in cooler weather. • Active heating will resume automatically once temperatures go back above 65°F. • Pool/spa heat fees are non-refundable, regardless of outdoor temperature. Grill Use • $40 fee includes cleaning and an empty propane tank (guests can swap locally for a full tank, saving $50+). • Optional $90 service includes delivery of a full propane tank plus cleaning. *Basic cookware available. *Air Conditioning • For your comfort, the A/C is set to cool as low as 71°F, which keeps the home very comfortable. Please do not lower the thermostat below 71°F, as Florida’s humidity can cause the system to freeze and shut down. Guests may be responsible for service costs if this occurs.
