Nestled conveniently near 3 stunning national parks, the airport, and Fresno State University. This elegantly decorated retreat offers both comfort and convenience. Your gateway to adventure awaits! Please note this casita shares a wall with the main house. -No smoking -No parties -No pets The space We are only 1 hour from Kings Canyon National Park, and 1.5 hours from Sequoia National Park and Yosemite National Park. As well as 1.5 hours from China Peak Ski Resort. We are also only 10 minutes from the Airport, 15 minutes from the Community Hospitals, 15 minutes from Fresno State University, and 10-15 minutes from many local vineyards. This casita is located in a safe neighborhood and offers a one bedroom with a queen sized bed and a pull out couch in the living room. The couch pulls out to a full sized bed. Sheets and towels for the number of people on your reservation will be provided. There is a half kitchen/kitchenette in the unit. It has a full sized fridge and freezer, microwave, air fryer, toaster oven, hot plate, toaster, sink, and coffee maker along with basic cooking utensils and silverware. There is no access to a washer or dryer in the unit. The thermostat is located in the main house, if you would like the temperature adjusted during your stay please message us and we would be happy to accommodate. There is an added fee for adding more than two guests to the reservation. Guest access The casita has a private entrance with keypad access. A code to the door will be provided with your booking confirmation. This house is a duplex and has two front doors. The door to the casita is the one located on the left in the homes entryway and is labeled with the letter B. There is an exterior step in order to enter the home’s entryway, there is currently no exterior ramp available for the entryway. Other things to note No bitcoin mining or the addition of an electric car charging station may take place by any guest. Please also note that no access to the garage is available with this unit.
